The entire burger, not just the patty had been nuked in the microwave. This is now the 3rd time I’ve placed an order through the app, showed up before closing, and told they were closed. Meaning? Horrible employees trying to save 15 mins and get out early. My Order was placed from the parking lot @ 11:45 pm, I made a scene this time since I heard employees…still no answer…so I finally tried calling, someone answered at 11:53 am and told me he has no food to offer me and that they’re closed. As someone who worked at burger king, including closing hours, for 3 years, starting at 15 years old…this is a disgrace. The employees lazy and DGAF about their job, the company or the owner, telling me the franchise owner is clearly ignorant, for having employees so worthless or doesn’t care themself.

Ordered 2 $7 make it your way meals. We didn’t get 2 fries that were supposed to come with each meals and one of the chicken fries had only 4 whole pieces and a couple little pieces. Too far to drive back for forgotten items. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth 7 dollars for a small burger and a couple chicken fries. We were the only customer so I don’t know how so much of our order was forgotten. Rip off!

I seriously don’t know how this place is still open. They tore it down and they rebuild it still and it’s still terrible . There is barely any employees working maybe two or three if that. Last week we go through the drive-through and sit there forever nobody says anything we pull up to the window you don’t see nobody. We pull around you go to the door and they say sorry we’re close at 6pm.They couldn’t put something on there speaker that said that they were closed in the drive-through. Apparently their burner went out. Today I had one car in front of me and I sat behind that car for 20 minutes waiting for them to get their meal. They’re rude and everything there.

Ordered a whopper w/cheese and onions and a double whopper w/cheese no onions and add bacon to go. We live 7 miles away. We waited forever in the drive thru and finally got our order. When we got home my double whopper with cheese no onions had onions and NO bacon. Can’t tell you what my wife’s whopper was. It was slapped together and so soggy it was hard to tell. It did have onions and cheese. Our worse experience at a Burger King.

BK burgers are alright, but my latest experience was not good. My fries had hair on them…not a hair, but a lot of hair, like it was done purposely. Disappointing.

I mainly go there in the morning and they make up any sandwich the way I want it I mainly get the fish sandwich even if it’s 6:00 a.m. they do a great job for me and thank you.

It took 15 minutes to get our food and when we finally got it, it was cold. During that 15 minute wait a guy tried to sell us fentanyl in the lobby. This guy seemed to be a regular here since the crew was very happy to see him. My advice: drive down Sunrise in either direction and eat in a different area.

My daughter who is deaf went it here tonight and was treated horrible and when she asked the employee not to make fun of her she was laughed at and flipped off. When my husband went back up there to get it resolved the manager wouldn’t come out of the office. The boy who flipped my daughter off ran to the office and locked himself in the manager. I will be filing a complaint with there corporate office
