I ordered a couple large pizzas and 2 4-pack mix soda for my team in the office via door dash a coupe of weeks ago. I only received 1 4-pack soda. Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn’t check the items before leaving the restaurant.

As I walked straight to the front counter at this location, there was one young cashier standing around; he left me waiting for at least 10 minutes before taking my order. In the course of waiting for 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready, I sat down at a table and looked around. I was astounded by the state in which this establishment was in. This was an absolute filthy place. The floor was littered with dirt and food, and the fountain machine was filthy as well.

I wanted to try this mountain mikes location out and I actually don’t know how you can mess up on making pizza but this did not taste that great. The bottom of the bread of the pizza tasted really over cooked. Crust is super hard, tasted really dry when it was suppose to have extra sauce which I requested. Hate to say this but I might have to never come back to this location again and this was my first time probably going to be my last time. I really like mountain mikes pizza too but I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere to another location. I couldn’t even finish the rest tbh I had to throw it away

Charged to much to feed us Cold Pizza. There heater was out to keep pizzas warm. They never once asked us, or offers hot pizza to us knowing this.

Poor customer service so expect not to be welcomed. Staff was hiding in the back majority of the time arguing. I’m not one to complain but this one was bad . Pizza is edible I would not recommend this place stick with midtown or the one by csus. These guys give mountain Mike’s a bad reputation.
