I ordered the Four Cheese Bacon Burger. NICE! The burger and sweet potato fries delivered to my seat at the bar had a nice visual appeal. The pickles were served on the side which is a nice touch (not everybody appreciates pickles) and what Green Mill provided would give me pickle in every bite. After placing those pickles on my burger and taking a few pics, I took the first bite. NICE! I immediately picked up the char broiled flavor which I welcomed. The beef was seasoned well and juicy. The bacon however was a bit disappointing, it was a tad chewy and applied using the “X” method. That four cheese blend was stellar and all of it nicely melted. The veggies provided a nice fresh balance, the bun had a nice buttery toast but what brought everything together in a marriage of great flavors was that roasted garlic mayo. For what they advertise its not great.. the bartender is nice but she shouldn’t complain about staff in front of customers. The food isn’t near as good as it is stated more like a glorified McDonald’s to be fair. I found myself frustrated here when I ate, my beer was skunked and Luke warm. Just save your money and go to longhorn steakhouse down the road 2 mins from the hotel. Personally I went here for breakfast and dinner so 3 meals. Dinner sucked breakfast wasn’t terrible but I have had better.

Green Mill. First visit in over 10 years. We ordered the pizza rolls as an appetizer. They were more like fried wontons than the pizza rolls that may come to mind. For meal i Tried the deep dish Chicago style pizza. It came out and was not cooked all the way in the middle. The cheese was not melted at all in the middle. The server promptly took back to oven for about five more minutes. Pizza returned with cheese mostly melted. It was not hot in the center at all just luke warm the pizza requires a 30-35 minute wait which I was fine with ..I just think they need a better way to ensure the pizza cooks thoroughly inside and out without burning the crust. Overall the service was decent. Might return again

The staff here are so cheerful – even a woman who was waiting tables and tending bar by herself 15 minutes before closing. The next morning, during a customer’s medical emergency, the staff was calm and helpful. Playing the 80s music both night & the next morning was a bit tedious – my only negative experience.

The service was great. Unfortunately the food was okay. The wings were deceit, but the deep dish pizza left a lot to be desired! Definitely wasn’t the same as the picture. Chicken parm was good as was the chicken and shrimp fettuccine. It’s seems to be a cool little sports bar type place.

The bruschetta appetizer was wonderful. The deep dish pizza was nasty. Took way to long to make. The crust was thin and over cooked, above the pizza part. The pizza tasted like can tomato sauce. If you go, I would recommend skipping the pizza.

Nice place to crash an emergency. The bar is part of the Holiday Inn. So, if you are in trouble you can check into a room and spend the night.
