I asked for my burgers to be prepared with NO PICKLES! While in the store pickles was added. The manager told the person making my food to make them over not just to remove the pickles! THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED! They don’t just remove them! They were made OVER with EXTRA PICKLES! Covering the entire bread on both sides! Which I’m allergic too! Had k not looked at this before eating o could have been RUSHED to the HOSPITAL! The manger clearly told them to remake the food and someone must of been ANGRY about having to make 2 sandwiches over b/c they put my life at risk!! Smdh! I’ve called over and over today an keep getting an answering machine! I will make sure someone is aware of what This experience was for a first time customer and how someone don’t care about others life’s! Thank GOD I could smell the pickles and knew it wasn’t right! This is so scary and crazy!!

This place went from one of the best Burger Kings to the worst. They open and close when they want because they cant get help. When they are open they are so slow and the orders are never right. Bread has been stale last few trips, cold food it is like what is the wait if the food is always cold? They had a chance to take advantage of McDs closing at 10pm but nope dropped the ball. You cant even get on the parking lot of McDs on Wise from 10pm to 12am. Lot of business going there now and Taco Bell.

UPDATE–havent been here in about 2 years now they have closed dine in and the food me and my daughter bought 20 minutes ago is super cold how sad nothing has changed in 2 years!!!will never becoming back can’t even get hot food at a fast food place smh!!!!…took almost 10 minutes to get my food not one person in the drive thru..bought 2 bacon double cheese burgers both cold.were both really bland and one tasted weeks old cheese looked super old also…won’t be coming back that’s for sure waste of 7$ ..

Bought 3 “value” meals, almost $30. Asked for 1 onion ring sauce. Because I didn’t sub any fries for onion rings, which cost no extra, I had to pay for my sauce. They spent more in other condiments that I asked for that were free, but I didn’t need (just because they wouldn’t give me 1 sauce), and I’ll never come back. How much are you losing?
