Family and I stopped here for a quick dinner after a long weekend and as soon as we parked we did not have high expectations. But don’t judge a book by it’s cover right. Walked in and there were not many people dining in. The server greeted us, after about 60 seconds of looking down scrolling on his cell phone. He showed us to a table, half of us used the restroom, came back and he greeted us again and asked me for our drink order. The bathrooms were disgusting, my boyfriend said the men’s restroom smelled like a kitty litter. Last smell you want to smell while eating cheap chinese.

Terrible experience! Subpar food quality, terrible customer service! My family had dinner and we will never go back to that restaurant again. The food was subpar and had been sitting awhile. The customer service was awful, my son was the only one to receive a refill. The staff was hardly ever seen. The place wasn’t even busy and the staff was in the back kitchen most all of the time. Not very friendly at all. Person behind the counter kicked kitchen door going in or out, never spoke and plain ignored people and seemed to not want to be there! This is the worst place I have ever been!

This place is so dusty I can not even eat here. Just look at the decorations on the ceiling. Or heck even the inch worth of dust on the ledge by the windows. Not to even talk about all the food on the walls. My allergies were on high!

The staff was very polite. The temperature was freezing causing us and the food to freeze also. You couldn’t finish a plate before it felt like I had just pulled the green beans from the fridge and we had to stay in our jackets the entire time. The food was rather good for the most part, they offer a simple variety. It could be kept fresher but with such a light crowd it is understandable.

Enjoyed the food and service here; at 1:30 PM it was warm and fresh. No sushi here. However, they need to deal with one major issue: mold on some of the walls! That’s NOT acceptable!

I know a thousand people on Google say wish they could split a star. So I’ll say it this way for a small town like Charlotte this is four stars in Lansing or lose one star because of lack of variety. But the food was pretty good here.
