Typical diner fare. Nothing extraordinarily good or bad with my meal. Decent portions, decent price. When I asked for parmesan cheese for my pasta, the waitress brought out a Giant brand shaker tub like the one in my fridge at home. That caught me off guard at the time but in hindsight it’s preferable to those dingy little glass shakers with the open metal tops that most diners use.

I enjoy going to the restaurant and the food really is good and the staff is friendly. I ordered an open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. This is the first time that I felt I didn’t receive the same portions I have before at the same restaurant.

My family loves this local favorite restaurant. Known for their fresh turkey which is terrific. Other local items like the Waldorf salad and filling with pork are also excellent. Save room for dessert! The owner’s wife makes most of them and they are fabulous.
