They got me the wrong fries but immediately replaced them, fresh fries, I say top service. Very nice staff. But this review is about the new wagyu burger. 9.5/10 seasoned right juicy fatty. If you love dinner burgers. This was literally exactly that experience you look for when wanting in a burger joint place. Arby’s is punching up into nice dining restaurants class with this burger. If you want to know how good it was I literally bought too because I needed another not because it left me unfulfilled. It caught me wanting more. Big burgers, too. I also got 5 so far everyone has been top notch.

Went through drive thru and ordered chicken strips. They were really small and I felt like they were mistaken chicken nuggets or bottom of the bag tiny pieces. For the price I paid ii felt like it wasn’t right. When I went back James was very sincere and apologetic! He made it right! He listened to my complaint and was so kind. I ordered a cherry turnover and an extra cup 9f cheddar.. I also ordered 2 meals. On the receipt it shows I was charged for the cheddar and turn over. I did not get my cup of cheddar nor did I get my turn over.. instead, they put one of the gross salted caramel cookies in the bag. Very upset . Don’t charge for those if you can’t get the order right.

Is it gonna be a normal policy to close 5-10 minutes early maybe it should be post on Google or your website that some franchise or privately owned or corporately owned Arby’s will be closing 10 minutes early so that the employees can get out of there exactly at 12 o’clock. Even though they are paid hourly therefore for their time to be there . And I’m pretty sure that upon hiring it is explained that your duties are to maintain the store between open hours and then do back bar and cleanup before and at end of public hours I just mention this cause I did work for Riverdale Arby’s and that was their policy , Kendall Love was the franchise owner and very good GM they should look into it maybe having her do your stores training I believe she’s a corporate trainer and was key to our store’s success

It’s fine. They have good service. The problems I personally have is that the tables can be messy at times, not even cleaned up, and that they can accidentally give you the wrong item. Other than that, keep it up.
