Customer service was stellar. Workers were friendly and very accommodating. 5 stars for service and workers. But the chicken breast was too big (gigantic) and tasted like plastic. Lacked flavor. The Jacks in Alabama I love. Taste like homemade. What’s up with the Mississippi chains. I tried it 6 Months ago. Today, I still find no improvement. Y’all need grandma in the back giving that chicken flavor. The last time it was too salty. This time bland. Biscuits and side dishes on point.

Despite being the only person in the drive through upon placing my order, I waited 10 minutes at the window for cold food. The burger was actually pretty good but their “large” fries are the size you would find in a kid’s meal at most other places.
