Finding The Force
This was actually my first time eating at this restaurant, and I have to say I had a very good experience. I did get the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. I like that they lightly salt their fries so that if you want more you can add your own. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I should’ve gotten their hamburger but I was trying to be good. Overall, I thought the food was delicious and I don’t recommend making a car meal out of it, I put a toothpick in it, but it gets a little messy.

This Habit Burger isn’t consistent with how my charburger normally comes and the fries I asked for well done and they came barely done. Some looked even raw. Not good customer service either. The guy making burgers with a mustache was giving people looks. Not coming here again.

Ordered a BBQ Bacon Char and received a really disappointing burger. Only a third of the burger had BBQ sauce and bacon. The burger was overcooked and the cheese was burnt black. See included pics for detail.

I recently visited habit burger and decided to try their drive-thru. While I have previously enjoyed their delicious burgers, this visit left much to be desired, specifically regarding the quality of the sides. Both the fries and onion rings were overcooked. The fries were way too crispy, bordering on burnt, and lacked the usual softness on the inside. The onion rings suffered a similar fate, with a dark, unappetizing exterior that tasted more of oil than of the sweet, tender onions I had come to expect.

This new Habit on Blue Oaks and Fiddyment is a big disappointment. I’ve been a fan of Habit for a while. This store misses the mark. I don’t care for the forced or at least highly suggested kiosk ordering. Tonight my food was not good. I mentioned to the guy at the corner – does this order of fries look like it’s the right amount? It was below the top of cardboard boat they were served in. “Yup”. Really? $3.49 and you don’t get much. Last time I came I subbed sourdough bread on my burger. One half of the burger literally had no patty. I wrote to corporate from the website. No response at all. No thank you, no sorry, no nothing. Guess what Habit, your headed for bad times. Dirty restaurant is why I commented low on atmosphere. Tables dirty, trashcans full, jalapeno bar needed stocking. Just a bad show all around really.

We’ve given this location a few tries. Yeah we get it you have a new staff, new opening and all that. You need to get this place under control. What a disaster. Whether we eat in, take out or door dash, something has gone terribly wrong each time. Either waiting forever, order being wrong, food being terrible or a combination of all. We’re going to take a break from this location for awhile. Let management get it under control. We love Habit burger and this is the closest one to our house. Please get it together.

1 star is for the service. You need to check your order before leaving the restaurant.. Twice they forgot fries and various condiments in my pick up orders and didn’t know until I got home and it’s not like I can drive right back to fix it when there’s hungry kids. Their system for refunds can only be done by leaving a message on their website. There is no one you can call so I guess if they ignore you, you’re out of luck. Otherwise, the food is delicious but this experience definitely makes me hesitant to return. Never had an issue like this at the Pleasant Grove location. So bummed because this location is closer to home!
