Haven’t had a worse experience in a restaurant. The workers fooling around don’t get 2 of 4 sandwiches correct. Acted like jerks. Sad because we love the one in stephenville. Now I don’t think we will be going back to any of them. It was all that bad.

Should be cited for false advertising…the sub looks nothing NOTHING like the pics…worst and most expensive sub ever…Im amazed they stay in business…this was soooo bad…tuff…said was sous vide ribeye…this was like a small bag of nasty beef jerky was dumped on bread…mayo and lettuce only in small amts..no vegs…puke…then they highjack you for a tip…for what?…20$ for the worst sub ive ever had in my life and no drink….never again….worst restaurant in granbury…

Well I destroyed it so yeah it’s tastey. This location is great. You can often see the owners elbow deep on the line working with their employee’s. Clean store and the bathrooms is a clean as any Buc-ee’s you’d stop at. We are in there 1-3 times a week. Pro tip: get the app and order that way. It’s easy and quick to get free sammiches.

There food is always good no matter where your at but this one has been unprofessional around 30 minutes til close 2 times now iv ordered online went to pick up my order and once I got there might have been 2 minutes after close but they never even made my food had the door locked looked up and saw me looked back down and did not even acknowledge me. That’s there choice to cancel your order and they did at 8:40 that’s is very poor customer relations iv bartending for a long time and would I never dream of doin what they pulled that’s just rude and honestly not to even have just made and just handed to us out the door is not go above and beyond wich in reality isn’t that hard to do. So if you order online beware if its past 8:20 they will not make your food they will just cancel it and not even explain.
