Our family of eight drove about 2 1/2 hours to spend sometime on the Wisconsin River Pontooning. My sister rents a boat slip there. After several hours on the water, we had dinner at Anchor Bay Bar and Grill. The food was incredible! From the salmon salad to the cheeseburgers everything was delicious. Very, friendly service. We will return.

Food was great, bloody Mary was good. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Weather was inclimate cold outside, so out sitting outside and enjoying the Wisconsin River was not good that day. Service was good. Music from speakers was a little loud for Sunday inside. Will be back when we can enjoy patio bar.

A bunch of us stopped in while on a Corvette adventures run from Wisconsin Dells. And they took care of all 30 of us in short order! Everybody enjoyed what they ordered. Beautiful place right on the river with outdoor seating. I should also mention they had a menu to choose from.

This place has everything. From excellent tasty meals to beautiful lake views to great service. Deb H. was our server today and she was fun, helpful, and attentive. Our appetizer came out immediately and we all absolutely enjoyed it. It was baked potato skins with cheese and bacon. So tasty! I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was amazing. Very tasty and just perfect. I opted for the sweet potato fries which came with a unique cucumber horseradish sauce. Yum! Last, but not least, the iced tea is freshly brewed here which is always appreciated. Large dining areas bith inside and out. Great gem here.

First time here beautiful spot for the sunset. Busy place but only had to wait 35 min for a table. Fish fry and bake tasted unique and good. Potato salad wasn’t that good and the dinners don’t come with soup or salad..

Ate there before the dinner rush. Lots of room and quiet, the food we ate was really good. We had the cheese curds, lobster pizza, kids sausage pizza and corn dogs.

We both had the fish fry. I got the beer battered and my wife got the grilled fish. The beer battered fish was great. The grilled fish not so much. The drinks tasted good but were very weak. They had outside seating with a beautiful view of the lake, but you can only eat indoors. The outdoors area is for drinks only and you have to go inside the bar to order a drink and then bring it outside on Fridays because there’s no waitresses outside.

We went for an Old Fashioned since it was on our Old Fashioned Passport (if you don’t know what that is, look it up!). We were pleasantly surprised by live music and great food in a very fun atmosphere. We aren’t from the area but will be back!

Great location right on the WI River. Nice vibe. Friendly staff. Food is just OK, nothing special and a bit on the pricey side for bar food. I ordered a special seasonal drink the bartender RAVED about. It was pricey and tasted horrible. When she asked how I liked it and I said “not a fan” she mentioned at least I tried something new. I left the drink on the bar, never finished it and she didn’t offer even as much as a glass of soda in exchange. I will stick with my usual next time.
