The service was great. I like mayonnaise and it was plenty. The husband, not so much. Make sure you’re specific. Appreciated being greeted and staying forward facing white making our sandwich. Good amount of ingredients in sandwich, just like the Jimmy John service we enjoy.

Not really sure how to rate. Not able to try their food because apparently 5 miles out is out of their delivery range. Asked if I could pay more or tip extra for the hassle as I run a business and have no way to go out and get my lunch. Manager says “no we can’t do that” which really sucks. Guess that’s chain restaurants for you. No customer care. Will not be ordering from here period.

I love Jimmy John’s, stopped there at 8:45 and told they were closed, sign and website says 9:00, if you’re not going to serve foot until 9:00 you should change your hours

All their food is made fresh and if they do they job right the restaurant expectations are to detail clean everything. So clean, fresh food and good staff. My favorite is the #12 Beach Club. If you have an allergy they take that SERIOUS and make all the changes and precautions to satisfy the customer. They also have healthier options for those who don’t eat or want bread. Just ask for your sandwich on an unwhich!!!

I have to say that I am really pleasantly surprised… after a day at the zoo, we wanted something easy to take back to the hotel room. Our subs were made exactly how we ordered. I ordered on the website when we were about 5 min up the road and when we got there they were done. We ate half of our subs shortly after pickup and saved the other half for later. Even after 4-5 hours in the fridge, they held up really well and didn’t get too soggy. The bread was really good and fresh. I am a northerner where we have alot of good food so my expectations are usually pretty low around here and this was prob one of the best subs I’ve had in the south.
