I’ve been here twice first time was when they first opened and the food was great. I haven’t been back since so I thought I’d try it again. I got 10 boneless wings and fries. My wings were so hard I couldn’t even get my fork in them to pick them up. Then when I ate one there was nothing juicy about it. It was so crunchy and hard I ended throwing them all away. The fries were undercooked and some of them were even cold…my advice avoid this place. Only good thing is the drink machine had the right soda for washing down this garbage.

Wing…Stop don’t go there! Ordered online and delivery. I was missing 10 wings. Called and spoke to district manager and they said we can pick it up or get a credit. Wing size was small and tasted like jerky.

These guys have a lot of potential. Friendly customer service. 100% food safety rating. But two stars lost on the less than undercooked raw fries. There’s a big issue here with their French fries. Ordered them multiple times now extra crispy and they come hardly cooked. Also hand cut fries are very different from steak fries. Frier too low? Cutter broken? Not leaving them in long enough?

Save yourself the trouble. I put in. An order at 8:15 and they said it would be ready at 8:35. So I got there at 8:35 and proceeded to wait 40 minutes until I got my food. Multiple people came in and left. They asked for my name once every 20 mins and I told them. Then, after 40 mins, the cashier checks the bottom shelf to find my food which had probably been sitting there for over a half an hour. They didn’t say sorry or anything about it.

We placed an order through the WingStop app for delivery. THEIR delivery driver stole our order. THEIR app still says it was delivered even though we received an email saying that the order was cancelled. We called to try to figure out what happened and THEY (a worker named Omega) refused to make it right. We even offered to come pick up a remade order, but Omega said, “Too bad.”
