Please don’t come in here during the evening hours. They are extremely rude and clearly hate their job. My food was thrown on the counter……..like huh? I’ve never had this experience before here. The females at this location are rude and disrespectful. I called in because I ordered a sub and a salad from that location my sub was fine but my salad had a dead fly in it. When I spoke to one of the young ladies she really acted like she did not care and there was nothing that she could do. I spoke with the shift leader on duty at the time and she was somewhat helpful but still unaffected by my situation and offered the bare minimum to resolve the issue no one would bring my food correctly to me because it was a delivery order , it should have been no problem . so I don’t understand why it couldn’t be redelivered. I had to go through GrubHub to get a $10 credit so I can be able to order through them again. That does not allocate the situation for today because I am still out of lunch I have not eaten and will not eat until I go home tonight I have never been so disappointed upset irritated aggravated frustrated f****** pissed off in my life. I will never order nor eat from this location nor will I recommend anyone go

I went for the free birthday medium sub. I got the ham sub all the way. It was delicious and in a class by itself. This was my first experience at Firehouse subs. The customer service was fantastic and in an orderly fashion.

It’s unfortunate that there’s not very many people in the shop yet my sandwich is wrong. The Club on A Sub with extra bacon is my got to! The charge for extra bacon is there however I received 2 pieces. The person taking the order questioned my husband about the request because ya know it comes with bacon. So it’s seems strange that the request wasn’t met. The back half of my sub is so hard I can’t eat it. Yet the front is so soggy I peeled it off. I’ve never had a sub this disappointing from this particular shop. However they do Often put cheese on it when I ask for No Cheese. Maybe it’s time to branch out and try a different shop. I’ll definitely be opening the container from now on that’s a fact!

Firehouse Subs not only help me coordinate our order for 50 box lunches but also opened early to make sure I was able to pick those Lunches up. Frida was excellent through the whole process and the Lunches were fresh you could tell that they made them the morning of pickup.
