I called this location at 7pm to order a Philly Cheesesteak pizza. The person who answered the phone repeatedly gave me directions to their store. After several minutes of trying to explain that I don’t need directions and just want to order this particular pizza, I was rudely told they don’t sell it and then he hung up on me. I didn’t even get a chance to say that they advertise it on tv and it’s on their website. I decided to call another location and they immediately took my order with no problem. About an hour later I received a call from this location and they told me they do in fact sell the Philly Cheesesteak pizza. No apology for the confusion. I’ll stick with the other locations.

CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an online order on May 27th. My order was supposed to be ready 45 minutes later. When my son went to pick up the order, the guy behind the counter who looked like he had been asleep told my son he just got the order. He told my son it would be another 30 minutes and that if he didn’t want to wait, he’d cancel the order.

I use Papa Romanos Catering for my customers 3 times a week. I have used them for the past 5 months The owner is very friendly and gets the food to the office via delivery usually himself! The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The Italian chicken and breadsticks are a real crowd pleaser. When my customers like the food -everyone’s happy. I would recommend them and tell you to give them a try.

Never ordering from this place again ! Incompetent little kids working at location, improper menu pricing, manager/owner will not talk to customer with an $80 order placed on line from a menu they uploaded that is incorrect, called to say I could not get the food ordered at the menu listed price , but couldn’t fix it although I had already paid $80 off my debit card! and the pizza was trash!!!! I’ll stick with cottage and buddies pizza for now on!

They don’t know their own deals that are online. Twice in a row, we’ve been overcharged compared to advertised online specials. Online ordering system is complete trash and trying to order through the employees is extremely frustrating. Last night got the toppings on the pizza wrong and gave us gave us cheese bread instead of the Bambino bread. I know times are tough, but with so many other options in the area, gonna be hard to stay competitive.

This place is the best! The pizza has the greatest fresh ingredients, and they are generous with the portions. It is always very clean, organized and the service is fast and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. It is family owned and the staff remembers me when I come in to order, and remember my favorite pizza! You can tell they really care about The business and their customers. The atmosphere is very nice, and I like to eat there when I pick up a pizza with a couple friends. I highly recommend this place, the pizza is my favorite around, it’s conveniently locatef, and when you see their fast friendly service for yourself you will keep coming back for more.
