I usually dont write reviews especially bad reviews, but i have ordered multiple times delivery to my work, down the road. And they claim its “freaky fast” but the last few times ive ordered it has taken almost and HOUR for food to be delivered; and by that time my bread is soggy from mayo and hard from the bread, and then today my pickle looked rotten.

Service is horrible. Takes OVER AN HOUR to get your food delivered to you. I could understand 30-45 minutes as that’s a lot of businesses. But this is the second time I have order for delivery and it’s been over an hour both times. The first time this happened we called them 2 times. The first call they said it was on its way (didn’t even ask who the was or what my order was) the second time we called they asked the name, order etc and said it should of been there (this is at least 1hr and 20 minutes) and they guy just got there. Never got a discount or anything. Wont be ordering again.

I love Jimmy Johns but they won’t deliver 1.8 miles away to our business. (And we would bring them lots of business with ordering and catering) When they did deliver to us they complained and said this will be the last time. Funny how Dominos will deliver with no problem and there store is right next door. Also Milos delivers to us and they are 3 miles away from our company. So you all need to reconsider your delivery area
