Really disappointing… We have given Romanos a few chances and today is the last. A month ago we walked in and ordered takeout. We were told it would be an hour so we left and came back in an hour. After standing there for several minutes while they tried to find our order we were told it left with the delivery driver and they would have to remake everything. After another 20-25 minutes we got our order and a $40 gift certificate for a $60 order.

Bob and his team are the absolute best! We drive from 25 minutes away just to get the pizza here and it’s a must visit when family comes for pizza from out of town. Romanos Haverhill can’t be beat!

I always order the Italian sub… why is the bread always hard as a rock?! I ask for oil and vinegar and never can taste it.. I figured the past 4 or 5 times maybe somebody made it that just didn’t care but it’s always the same.. this will be my last time ordering a sub thats hard as a rock and never made right..

Gone downhill. The cost of a large Italian is ok if it had meat in it. Used to be full of cold cuts this had literally two slices thick of mean. Shame on you. Never spend money there again. If you want a roll filled with tomatoes and onions your good.

They are fabulous onion rings but don’t ordered the BLT. The bacon Is less to be desired. We ordered delivery, and we’re very disappointed in the BLT. The bacon was undercooked and subpar. I took a photo of the bacon as an example. Very disappointing but their other dishes we hav previously had have been great?

Ordered chicken Ceasars wrap with a side of fries. They said it would take 45 minutes to a hour. Got my order 20 minutes later. Very good ant still hot.

Always great food from Romano’s! On my most recent order, there was a small mistake in one of the dishes. Though they were willing to offer a credit for their mistake, they knew I had really wanted the food. The crew here did the right thing and took the time during a crazed rush before closing and remake the dish, righting the wrong and keeping my business. Something as simple as this will keep me coming back for sure!

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered a large steak and cheese sub and literally over half of the sub is just bread! The bread was rock hard on the ends, and cold. We called to let them know we weren’t satisfied and the manager was completely rude, didn’t want to give his name and claimed there was a lb of meat! Haha what a joke! This place has completely tanked over the years. We’re more than happy not to waste money on less than subpar food from a horrible manager!!!
