I’ll admit to not having been here before, but was really in the mood for Chinese food, so looked up the menu to decide what to get before heading over.

Panda Express is my favorite fast food place, so I always go anytime I’m near one, because there isn’t one near me. The service was very friendly. The line was LITERALLY all the way around the perimeter of the inside. Insane amount of people, but I think the staff did well, considering, and also still have great customer service. I got the honey sesame chicken and beef and broccoli with white rice. The honey sesame chicken was DELICIOUS, but the beef in the broccoli and beef was pretty gross. It was the first time I haven’t liked a dish from there. The broccoli was good, but the beef was really fatty and the texture was weird.

Had to repeat my order three times even though it wasn’t busy or loud in the restaurant. Said it was for in-store and they packed it to-go. When I asked for a second fork for my toddler to share my bowl they looked at me like I grew a second head. Food was good though. Service did nit impress.

Honey Walnut Shimp is my favorite! I’ve never been disappointed with this dish. I have Sweet Fire Chicken is a close second…and a reheat for dinner. Yea!

Food is good, but the service is horrible. Workers are slow and space out and forget orders.

I have eaten there before years ago, and the truth is, in a world where service and quality are suffering, it was actually better! The employees were friendly, well groomed, and the food wasn’t dried out. My only wish is I could have more, their food is so GOOD!

Went to the Panda Express in Machesney Park and they did a great job. We really enjoyed our dinner. Walton Street Panda got our orders totally wrong not once but twice. Everyone is entitled to mistakes. But not twice. Complained but they didn’t care. Our solution, never go back to the Walton street location.

Delicious and fulfilling. I was surprised to know that this place was in Rockford. The food is always good and you do not have a long wait to receive your order.

The store was closing, and I did not expect that closing meant mediocre service, cold gummy food, and no rice.

Usually a very good value for price — employees are polite and fast working. Unfortunately, they discontinued their Beyond Chicken and have almost no vegetarian items, so we haven’t been going as much lately, but we used to get takeout here 2-3 times/month. We wrote to headquarters in California years ago asking for a veggie dish with cashews — we just don’t understand why it’s so hard to do some of these dishes with nuts or plant-based meat instead of beef and chicken. I guess it must be a liability issue with serving dishes with nuts. But it’s just too much meat. Why not do as some restaurants and make the base dish and then add choice of protein? We always get the rice, chow mein, and super greens, but we get bored with it after a while.
