Went today with my husband and we had the large pizza with pepperoni special and 10 wings . The wings were garlic flavor and crispy and we really enjoyed them . Same with the pizza – the lady at counter today was adorable and showed amazing customer service . Keep her there if you can and treat her well . She spoke volumes for the place today . She brought us some garlic knots while we waited which were perfection today .

Went to the restaurant for the 1st time. 5 people were ahead of me all take out. Everyone was seated at the table waiting on their food. They brought their food out to the table and gave it to them and they left. They even brought a single slice of pizza out to the young lady gave it to her and she left. I was the 6 person waiting and seated at the table waiting on my food .When my pizza was ready instead of the girl bringing my pizza out to my table she motion for me to come to the counter and get it. I just felt some type away . Instantly I felt like wow!!!!I’m a black person. And I was the only black person in there at the time waiting for my food. I’m kinda taken aback! And I won’t be back.!!! Pizza was ok.

The girl at the cashier who is related to the owners is extremely rude. She needs to get fired because the way she acts like she owns the place is not it. I asked for a to go box which you can get anywhere for free and she refused and wouldn’t let me talk to her mother which was the person who gave me my order wrong in the first place. $2 for a to go box is ridiculous. Will not be coming here again because it’s clear that they only care about money. Next they’ll probably start charging for napkins. Once again FIRE YOUR DAUGHTER, GET A JOB AT MCDONALDS OR SOMETHING AND TAKE A COURSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Like everyday you get hungry and today pizza is the choice. There’s a ton of options but this time we decided to come here. Received a pleasant welcome from the staff. My wife and I both ordered a large pizza, one being a Hawaiian ( pineapple and ham) and the other Meat lover ( BACON, pepperoni, sausage, and ham). I asked if the crush was thin and yes it was, which we prefer. We dined in and was the only ones doing so at the time so you know the rest. (Covid-19 6ft apart). The pizza came out quick, my wife and I was very pleased. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to others. Plus in times like this we need to stay humble and support businesses like this. For those who are picking and leave negative reviews you can always cook for yourself!!! I Love NY Pizza keep up the amazing service and food.

I am late with my second review, but I have to let everyone know that this place is awesome!! The manager is not only bilingual but better to say, Trilingual! She also knows ASL!! I witnessed a customer who had a situation with her order and Lord and behold the manager was incredibly attentive to her and was able to communicate with her through ASL!! What an incredible thing to witness !! Again, it gets better every time I come in here!! I ordered the homemade meatballs sub, which was awesome!!!

We decided to take another slice from this place. One thing we agreed on was the great taste of the pizza. A perfect bonus to the food was the great and friendly service we recieved. Food took us back to Brooklyn style pizza feel. I did have to update my former post which brings great testimony that all things can change.
