Terrible customer service, this is the second time the same girl (short pink hair) has been behind the counter complaining about how lazy the night crew is and how much she has to pick up slack, in front of customers meanwhile not doing a thing? Asked for a certain drink and she said ” don’t know” didn’t offer to look, then proceeded to continue her conversation while I’m waiting to pay for my other items the other girl starting cashing me out. At that point the first lady went outside and started yelling on the phone. Such a terrible look for your company. I will add I come to this location at night frequently and the people working are always nice and are working hard.

I ordered pizza online and sent my husband to pick it up. I didn’t tell him what all I ordered so when he came home he forgot something. I figured it was my fault so we’ll just take the loss, but the manager Brian ended up delivering our stuff we had forgotten. This was shocking to me, although we’re grateful. Casey’s has always been my favorite but this Casey’s has gone above and beyond. Thank you!

Man I don’t even know where to begin. Although there is always the same people coming in between 6-6:30, they NEVER have breakfast ready. Every morning around 6-6:30, you will always see one person working with a line of 10-15 people. While this is going on, the manager is usually standing around counting cigarettes or literally anything else than helping. This is easily the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to.

My cat went missing so I was going around and hanging up posters. When I came to this store the manager told me I couldn’t hang the poster up on the windows or on their bulletin board. The other Casey’s in town let me hang it on the bulletin board so it shouldn’t have been an issue but the manager there is heartless. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Usually I choose this location because the employees are friendly. I know going in they are busy and there is always a line. Today I went in and I have to say I am disappointed, they are out of the caseys brand Iced coffee in vanilla, so I was going to pay the extra for the Starbucks brand and yep also out. Decided to get a fountain drink and no cups stocked lots of employees around but they are only socializing with eachother.
