Service has done a 180 from a couple years ago. The employees really act like they care. The food is rarely wrong. And is usually hot and fresh I gave it 3 stars only because to be honest its taco bell, lol. But the staff they currently have is on point.

Charges way more than every Taco Bell around them bc they “make their own prices” bc they’re an independent franchise. you will wait at the drive through window for ATLEAST 10-15 min regardless if you’re the only customer or not and the food won’t be that fresh. Take the extra drive to Arabs Taco Bell. Much better experience.

Stopped here and tried to eat in and when we walked inside they told us the lobby is closed it was 9:40pm I believe so we went to the drive though and we live in Scottsboro and whenever we arrived home this is what was in the bag. I don’t remember the lady’s name but this should not be a acceptable practice.

Ordered online but picked up from drive thru. Not a single thing out of a $40 order was completely eaten bc it was either missing completely from the order, not made correctly, slopped together or just not tasteful at all. Contacted the manager and as soon as I mentioned online order she was like “all wrong”. So I took that as she noticed the mistakes, but already give to me. She was super friendly & extremely apologetic. Also, gave me a redo of the complete order the next time I stopped in.

I eat at Taco Bell so much its unreal, every time I go at night time they’re “out” of chalupas, I manage a restaurant of my own. They put shredded cheese on all of my food tonight. They were almost closed I get that but I also am a paying customer and if they didn’t have cheese sauce they should’ve informed me I wasted all 14 dollars of my money the only thing that was even good was the Baja Blast. Aswell as they pulled me around the building and let a single woman employee who also was the only one without an attitude because I came through she kept apologizing and was very sweet walk outside by herself even with the history of Guntersville. I will be calling the morning manager tomorrow because that is sales they’re running out of the building. I am very disappointed especially about the employee going outside by herself to save drive thru time 🙁

So I went through the drive threw to pick up someone else’s online order for them and to place a new order as well and I explained all of this placed the new order with the online order I should have gotten a beef chalupa and I received a soft taco instead. This is the first place I’ve eaten that the food looked like the pictures. Had the Burrito Supreme and Taco Supreme. Both were fully loaded. The taco actually looked like the nice ones you see in advertising 🙂 The staff was very nice and helpfull. The drink area could have used some cleaning, but nothing major. They deserved the 4 stars. 🙂

Normally I don’t have an issue with this location, but tonight I went and ordered 4 things total. I sat in the drive thru for a good 25 minutes, I get home and open one of the burritos and there’s a dead spider inside of the wrapper. food was sloppy and halfway warm. Do better taco bell!
