7/23 Dominoes of Surfside Beach, Sc. Called in for a cheese pizza that I could pick up. The staff was friendly and gifted us a 15% off coupon during the call in. Pizza was ready at my arrival and my nephew said it tasted good. I know my piece also tasted great. Go and visit these folks, excellent service.

I got a large pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, some very old, very very dry mozzarella was on the pizza, and even after it was cooked, the little pieces of cheese (about 1/2″long) were really hard…and there were multiple pieces of that in my pizza, so hard it would be comparable to little pieces of uncooked spaghetti strewn around the pizza such that not every bite had one, but about half the bites did. I stopped when I chipped a tooth. Absolutely no way I’ll get pizza from that Domino’s in Surfside ever again.

I don’t suggest this one I’d order from another place. There was hair in my pizza Ik it wasnt my hair bc it’s black and my hair is blonde right now and when I tried to call them I was on hold for at least an hour. I put extra cheesy and there was barely any cheese on it.

Absolutely disastrous experience. We ordered at 7:10 pm, had not received an update via the tracker by 8:15. Wife called and spent 30 minutes on hold trying to cancel the order. We had to drive to the store to talk to someone, got there a little after 9:00. Gave them the order information and it hadn’t even been started yet, so we canceled it. Will not order from here again, absolutely ludicrous.

I can’t remember the name that the lovely young lady told me, but by far the best customer service ever! She worked with such a great smile and happiness. We picked up our order around 10:15-20 tonight…give that young lady a raise!! She made our night and our food was great!
