this literally just happened. I ordered my pizza online about 12 minutes before I got there to pick it up. I went and paid for my pizza, and the lady told me it would be about 5 to 8 more minutes. I was okay with that. until I sat there for over 25 minutes waiting. no one talked to me or acknowledged that I was still there waiting. i asked 3 times where my pizza was and never got a response. THEN the young girl put her glasses on and was looking for another customer pizza and then grabbed mine and said ” your pizza has been there this whole time. sorry, have a good night”. talk about livid.

If you call in an order it is transfered to a customer service operator at alternate location. There is a pretty bad language barrier and the customer service is very poor. The staff is inadequate and takes too long to prepare food. My pizza to over 30 mins for pick up. Dominoes has much better service and responsiveness.

It’s our *favorite* pizza, but it takes too long to get it. They totally underestimate their timing, so you end up driving there and waiting for it. Twice, I discovered that my pizzas hadn’t even been made yet when I arrived to pick them up. If they were more honest with their estimates, I would love it. For now, we’re trying out new pizza places.

Absolutely horrible service. Called and ordered a pizza and wings, gave an exact address and hotel room number, and after an hour had to call and cancel the order because they couldn’t get us our food. Oh they did offer to “discount” our order….. thanks, we are just trying to feed our family while we are here visiting our newborn in the nicu…..
