We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t usually complain about fast food and I commend anybody working during these times but this was unacceptable even for fast food. I ordered a two fish sandwiches no tarter sauce so instead of making it fresh they scraped it off and dropped the patty back in the grease the fish became hollow and hard as a brick they didn’t even have the decency to drain the grease off before they put it on the bun the red flag should of been the confederate flag sticker on the drive through window. I’m still trying to figure out how this location has 4 stars maybe I came at the wrong time

My meal was messed up. Wrong sandwich but big props to the manager. Easy phone call and she mailed me a oops goof coupon to replace my whole meal. I haven’t seen service like that since the 80’s. Redeemed the coupon later with no issues. If only service was like this everywhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I go here, they screw me over. They give me coupons in the app and then when I order, somehow they can’t redeem them. Today, I was literally told they could see in their system that I had a free item but could not redeem it. Instead of making it right and just giving me the free item, they looked at me until I finally drove away. Ridiculous, terrible customer service.

This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time this has happen. Not asking for anything extra, in fact placed order without an item. It’s a simple request, “no lettuce” please. Receipt is correct but all 4 sandwiches may even have extra extra lettuce. Such a let down
