We went here for lunch. The service was horrible. We waiting at the front of the line while the worker walked around and didn’t even acknowledge we were there.when she decided to come and take our order, we asked for Brown rice which in on the menu and available at all other Panada’s l, she informed us that they don’t have it at their store or the mixed veggies. So we got white rice. We then asked for our entress and almost everything had a 15 minute wait. I could understand this, but there was no line before us and it 12pm and almost everything was empty and clean which means they haven’t even made it for the day. I would highly recommend going to another location.

Pretty disappointed in the staff, they literally served the teriyaki chicken to customers just how it looked. The chicken looked as if was sitting for hours on the warmer.

I went to pick up some food! Food was cold and my orange chicken had extra flavor! Some employees hair! While i was there i over heard the manager tell a employee that was leaving to do a better job on her hair tomorrow! It didnt dawn on me till i opened my bowl! I called twice and no one answered! My family and i love panda but the quality and guest service is lacking!

I really love panda but today my mom got me a plate of honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken and half rice and half noodles. Just to try and eat it at lunch to find the rice was spoiled…. coming by tomorrow to talk to a manager.

I used to love this particular location for Panda Express but recently theyve been messing up every order I make. Overly peppered plate, undercooked kung pao, and poorly portioned plates. I don’t know who they fired but dang it hasnt been the same.
