One of the slowest Arby’s I have ever been to. Went twice in the last two weeks through the drive through and the first time I waited close to 20 minutes for one meal and no one had been in line in front of me since I pulled in. Second time I ordered and had three people in front of me a truck that had been waiting for his food since I pulled in. They parked another vehicle after 5 minutes and then about another 10 minutes went by they took the money of the next vehicle still having the truck and other vehicle still waiting for their food! After about another 5 minutes going by with nothing happening I just pulled out and went to another fast food! I understand when you’re short staffed, but twice in two weeks and the same amount of time.

Floor was sticky beyond belief. Ketchup containers empty, condiment area needed cleaning. Employees sitting at tables on their phones gossiping. Radio tuned to a station full of static. Food was ok but I see why nobody ever goes inside to eat.

The restaurant is very dated. They’re always short staffed, but the people that are working there really care and take care of you. This franchisee owner needs to redo the interior of this restaurant. It’s kind of gross.

I ordered over $30 worth of food (for three people) and they didn’t ask if I needed any sauce, when I asked for Arbys sauce they told me they could only give me one packet?!!! How the heck is one packet enough for three orders? They also didn’t even fill up our fry containers half way more like 1/4 of the way and they were all burnt! The employee was rude and definitely not friendly at all.

As I was eating my sandwich from Arby’s I happened to look down and notice a bug on my lettuce. Not to satisfying. I want to add that this did come from Arby’s in Abingdon and that there is absolutely no way the bug flew on my lettuce and flopped over and died by the time I opened my sandwich indoors, where I was taking lunch.
