First pick up, our boneless orders we no properly cooked, they tested weird and were chewy. We called to let the staff know and they were actually very nice about it, they offered to give us a new order and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the offer. Second pick up was the same thing, the boneless orders were also uncooked. We ended up not eating a single boneless at all, I’m very very disappointed about what happened to us. We definitely not going back again to WingStop. I’m adding some pictures so you all can see what we I’m talking about. I’m so disappointed that I did not even called for a refund. It was really gross to see those boneless.

We ordered Saturday for pickup Sunday (takeout) a big order for our family gathering. We showed up Sunday and a sign on the door read; Closed for observance of Easter. We are still pending a refund. Contacted the location today and was placed on hold to be later told expect a call from manager.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals. Waited over 40 minutes for both meals. People who ordered after us got their orders first. After waiting nearly an hour for our meal, they forget pickles on one of the sandwiches. Horrible customer service.

Placed a large online order for a party a day before but the store was closed when we went to pick it up. Thankfully Panda Express across the street was open and was able to help us out. Wr will definitely stay away from this wingstop.

Told to be there 16 to 21 minutes I got there 25 minutes after and still waited 30 min and then took off home fond out I missing food and I got there not a care of the world for me to wait again .. never made it right or apology.. worst management playing in the back back up on orders

Lazy and disgusting. They make the delivery people fill drinks for orders. This violates their contract with the delivery apps and is just gross to think about where the delivery people’s hands have been. They don’t have a sink in their car. Pathetic business practice.

I wish I could give them no stars. It always takes way too long, even for just an order of fries. I placed an online order at 8:28pm and didn’t get it until 9:24pm. I went in to pay at 8:52 and wasn’t called. I went up to ask about my order and the cashier handed it to me from the rack where it had been sitting for who knows how long. Thank you for the soggy fries.

Made an order yesterday for the full court meal. Wings were over cooked the bones were falling apart and couldn’t even eat the wings comfortably without needing to take out the little pieces of bone. I called the store 5x to speak to a manager but line was busy and couldn’t get through. Very disappointing.
