Fantastic prices and very good food in a cozy environment! We came here when The Pantry was too busy just up the street and it was surprisingly calm here. We had the cinnamon swirl pancake for only $3 – a great deal! We also had a egg/cheese bun, grilled breakfast burrito, and tuna sandwich (which my friend said was everything they ever hoped for in a tuna sandwich).

I stumbled into this little hole in the wall looking for a coffee and found such a hidden gem! The restaurant was cozy and the what appeared to be family running the kitchen were awesome and the food was great and made fresh to order. had that “made from love” feeling.

Went here for the first time today. The food was tasty, but the customer service was not really welcoming. The cashier was more interested in her phone and seemed annoyed to answer questions about the menu. Also, this not the place to get iced coffee. They serve hot coffee over ice … it’s watery and not flavorful at all. Don’t know if I’ll go back.

The place is really cute and the food is good and reasonably priced. The problems were that it took 55 minutes from ordering to receiving the food, and that the order was slightly wrong. This place has a ton of potential (love the outdoor seating and atmosphere inside), just didn’t quite live up to it today.

Bacon egg and cheese with some hot peppers turned out incredibly delicious as simple as it is. I’m told the breakfast burritos are great as well, have to try it next time

My wife and I came here quite often while she was in the area for school. They have a lot of options for breakfast/brunch, including different pancakes, burritos, sandwiches, along with your typical plate of eggs/potatoes/meat. We loved that there was plenty of seating and that it was usually pretty quiet. We shared many great memories here over the years, and we will miss it now that we are no longer in the area.

I went there during my business trip. I ordered oatmeal and home fried potatoes,. My potatoes were over cooked but delicious, oatmeal was great exactly how I like it. Seems like a family owned business, great vibes ( I like supporting small/family owned businesses) , the young guy was friendly. Over all I enjoyed my visit there.

When I told the cashier that I was getting the pudding, she replied, “chocolate or vanilla?” I said, “Vanilla.” “Good choice, it’s delicious,” She said back. I thought, “is it really that good? It’s only 99 cents!” IT IS.

Good coffee, nice menu, not overpriced. Sort of a funky, rustic decor — okay, except for the uncomfortable, hard metal chairs. BUT, they are serving on styrofoam with plastic ware: Really? styrofoam in 2022? And the plastic is going into the trash. Not good.

The Neighborhood Cafe offers excellent options for breakfast/brunch at a fair price. The place is cozy, and you can sit outside if the weather allows it.
