Business neglects employees, places them in unsafe conditions and expects them to sit and work in 90 degree heat and the mall didn’t even bother to try to fix it. I’m surprised none of the baristas were sick! I work at a Starbucks and this was entirely too ridiculous to have been ignored.

First time here since renovating and whoever took my order was so snobby when i asked if they had the vanilla oatmilk espresso and then with payment she was treating me like a child who didnt know how to use the touch screen. Lady im 30 and probably know more about technology than you do. watch your tone with your customers.

Terrible… worst Pumpkin Spice latte. The milk was scalding hot, hardly any flavor and they put cinnamon on top instead of the actual “pumpkin spice.” Somebody please fix this place.
