Hands down my favorite place eat in Springfield! I have been coming here for years and plan to continue for many more! The Springfield can’t be beat and it is my go to! Get extra cashew sauce and lots of napkins. One bag of fries is definitely enough for two people. The onion rings are so light and crispy! I have never gotten a bad sandwich from here and the service is always top notch! Everyone I interact with that works here is fun, energetic, and incredibly kind! All around love this place!

I have been there 2 other times previously. Definitely could tell it was early on a Sunday…. Normally place is definitely better. Seems they may have lightened up on the amount of beef in their sandwich…? Took an unusual amount of time to get our food. I ordered the spicy Italian dipped… It was barely above room temp. However you can always count on the amazing fries. They never disappoint.

Tried this place for the first time on a whim and OMG we were NOT disappointed. First of all, the employees were So friendly and helpful. Second, the food was delicious. I had the Chicago with steak and my husband had the BBQ with chicken. They were both so good and the hand cut fries were super tasty. My ONLY complaint was that they didn’t have cheese sauce for the fries. I survived though.
