I stopped here Thursday with a friend for lunch. I ordered the 4 finger chicken plate with Texas toast, coleslaw, and fries. We placed our order and before I could sit down, my food was ready. The chicken was really hot, and the coleslaw was crunchy and fresh without being sweet or sour. Everything was good. My friend ordered the new chicken club sandwich with American cheese, bacon, dill pickles, and zax sauce. She said it was real good.

No slaw, smallest tenders possible, definitely wanted traditional wings instead of boneless and…… EVERY single time I wait till the next visit to mention them forgetting my sauce they make it right by replacing what they didn’t give me last time followed by making it wrong all over again by not giving me the sauces for the current meal. Absolutely lost my business for good. I’m going to Popeyes!

Food always great! The staff always seem at this location to be a bit rushed. Even when no crowd they are kind of like “deer in headlights” almost like they forget to be welcoming and friendly. People love this place and if the staff understood how a little “how are you” and “come again” might make all the difference. But anyhow, the food is great.

Very slow service and honestly DON’T go to the drive thru. Everytime I get takeout they put the very tiniest pieces of chicken they can possibly find in the box since I guess you won’t see it until you get home.

Pulled in and waited in line and pulled up to a person outside playing on her phone and she finally looked up a d grab a tablet and said what do u want to order and we said can we see a menu which her reply was no !!! She then batted her long fake ! Eye lashes. We continued to wait our turn to get to see the menu and no one answered so we continued to waite pull up to the window and she looked at us and said fruit punch and I said no we can’t get anyone to take our drder after 44 mins of waiting and she just made a grunt noise and slammed the window and left us setting there so she could talk and laugh with her co workers !! The absolutely worst customer service experience and we will never stop
