For what you might consider a Quick Serve Restaurant, this place was surprisingly good. They serve Middle Eastern dishes, the portion was decent and the seasoning was really good. Food was hot and fresh when served. Prices are mid-range for this type of restaurants, but for the amount of food and quality of it, it’s good value for money. We tried four different platters (Chicken Kubideh, Chicken Shawarma, Steak Kabob, Beef & Lamb Gyro) and the meat in each one of them was pretty good (and so were the chickpeas). I found this through the InKind Restaurant App and wanted to give it a try. Not disappointed at all and will definitely come back if I’m near one of their locations (P.S. Their spicy green sauce was spectacular, I’ll buy a jar if they sell it)

Absolutely loved the bread(tastes like chapati). Steak kabob is good with a spicy kick to it which was a surprise for a kabob place. Chapali kabob burger is recommended. Chicken kabob is average.

You supposed to know that the food is spicy by your self because the menu doesn’t say anything regarding that and when I got the food I asked that I want to return or change the food because it didn’t say that it is spicy, they give a laugh and they said no and you should know that it’s Hala food so it’s spicy!! Another point is that the meat is not fresh at all and it’s a very bad taste so go away guys!

Merrifield has plenty of lunch options but this might be my new favorite for fast casual. Generous portion sizes and easily customizable plates. I got a gyro plate with fries, salad and chickpeas and it was just what I wanted. Well seasoned but not too salty Will be back

We ordered and shared the gyro entree and it was very delicious. The portion for the price is generous and can fill in the bellies of two grownups (if not super hungry). I just wish that they serve naan bread with it. The dinning area is really cozy and got some comfy booths and tables that look rustic and all made of soils tree trunks/logs. Parking is plenty at the nearby garages or curbsides. Service is decent. If I’m in the area, I’d definitely consider revisiting place to eat.

Our 1st time and it was amazing! Very authentic and fresh. The garlic hummus with the pita chips is soooo good. The chicken is so juicy and flavorful. My husband got the burger and it was very good. Must try! A little on the pricy side but worth it. Def. Would give more then 5 stars if I could.

I love, love the food but I get treated poorly. The staff are always discourteous and rude. They don’t SERVE me like they do other patrons. Once i complained and i got free ice cream even though i said repeatedly i dont eat ice cream. Today I got no utensils or napkin, and my bag was dirty. Very disappointing. I get the message guys, I’ll go elsewhere…….

Don’t know where to start, the chicken is ok but lack of salt and marination and definitely it’s not Shawarma they have to call it something else or remove it from the menu! The fries is horrible horrible and it’s not even fresh its fried then reheated like billion times! The place is too noisy the AC loud you can’t hear your self of course with the music it’s impossible… prices are moderate but such disappoinment for the chicken shawarma and the fries HORRIBLE maybe the other stuff are good .
