You say you are closed at 10:30 tonight when we came through drive through. This is due to not having enough staff. But yet if you was closed then turn off your lights so no one else can drive through. And you also still have the same 2 people setting there in the drive through that was there when we came in. Placed a mobile order. They couldn’t find it. Left me sitting at the window for 5 minutes. BK takes 5 to 10 days for refund. Ridiculous Update: tried again. This time I told the lady I had a mobile order she said pull up. I waited over 20 minutes in line. I get up there she said they are working on it and to pull around to front. I wait longer…finally go back up to the window. Now they don’t have a mobile order for me. Seriously? Just shut this location down, horrible.

Horrible manager there tonight!!!!!!! Walked up to multiple homeless employees in tears about how they’re being treated at work. AFTER!!!! I was turned down service at the drive though window because I walked from my hotel. Manager(( large, grumpy, old woman)Feb 25, 9:40pm)told me with anger spitting out of her mouth that insurance won’t cover me on foot in drive way after serving another lady on foot, at the window because her order was incorrect. Then told me I can’t recieve my mobile order bc I’m on foot and that i need to move because im about to be hit by the car at the speaker(waiting on her to give me my food and take their order next). So I asked” when I call corporate to complain, I’ll say you only wanted to serve one patron on foot?” She never offered to bring it to the front for me or what my mobile order number was. Got Uber eats and I asked for cheese and bacon on my burger. Apparently that’s far too difficult for the wonderful individual who put together my meal. The fries tasted pre historic and they also forgot to remove the onions because that too is an extraordinarily difficult task.

Pulled up to get food. There was two men an a young lady sitting out front. The young lady had a needle sticking out her leg, shooting up drugs. I informed the manager matt an he laughed said it happens all the time.
