Cute little Hidden diamond …. great staff…and great food….we had burgers…the American, Chipotle burger and blue burger with bacon…huge burgers and big baskets if fries but you get chips with your burger… And free refills… awesome little place….only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is the place was great but dated. Been a while since I worked here/ordered from here, food is still wonderful, but damn, the place could really use some TLC, Sunday around lunch time used to be my favorite shift, nice and steady, but the place was empty, and the dining room was closed?? the phone barely rang, the girl who made my buffalo chicken cheesesteak is the real MVP because it was as good as if I had made it myself, staff A+ Food A+, but dang, do some cleaning y’all, especially the air conditioning vents

I was torn about Pepper Mill. I tried it out for lunch on the recommendation of a local. I ordered the premium cheese steak and a side of fries. The steak sandwich was fairly small compared to competitors in the area and was a little bland to boot. The fries were average crinkle cut fries from any big box food supplier. The staff were friendly, but the food will likely prevent me from returning.

The reason that I am giving this place any stars at all is, because the girl who took my order got my order right. However the cooks gave me extra cheese instead of extra sauce. I didn’t notice this until I had gotten home and needless to say, I was highly disappointed. I ended up throwing away the rest of my slice after two bites, bc it was way too salty and had way too much cheese and barely any sauce whatsoever on it. I had golden grahams cereal for dinner tonight and they were much better than the pizza.

Unfortunately, our little local gem has gone severely downhill in recent years. Food is ok (used to be fabulous) but the management of the business chaotic, especially during busy times. Restaurant is tired and not as clean as it needs to be. Completely new facility is really needed!

Wow what has happened to this place!? New ownership or lack there of but I’ve given it 4 or 5 tries and everytime it is a dissappointnent. Orders wrong or takes forever to deliver or food is sub par, ordered white extra cheese pizza tonight and pizza looks like I ordered no cheese. Hate to leave a bad review I work in service industry and know you have bad moments but there is something going on it used to be so good, been a customer for 20 years. Delivery guy is great and my dogs always like to greet him.
