I hadn’t visited this location in four years because of a bad experience. Tonight I decided to randomly walk in for bread sticks hoping the experience would be different. The young man was SO kind, helpful (I was undecided about a few food related things) and sanitary. My pizza was good and fresh. I see several reviews about delivery. I think it’s best to pickup as it seems they may struggle with delivery drivers.

I did an online large order, two hours in advance for delivery. When the time came, delivery didn’t come. I called but no success talking to anyone. I went online to check and it said order was cancelled. I didn’t get any calls or explanation or notification about cancellation. I called the location again and after being on phone for 10 mins, I got connected to someone. She said they didn’t get any order and hung up before I had chance to order it through phone. I went online again and ordered same as previous. It got cancelled.

Placed an online order and paid online. Apparently they didn’t have the wings I ordered so instead of contacting me and giving me the option to refund the wings, they replaced them on their own. Why ask for my contact information during the online ordering if you’re not going to “contact” me with an issue with my order? I had someone else pick the order up but when I finally got it, I called the store and was on hold over 15 minutes with no one ever answering.

Placed and online order through the app and not only did it take almost 2 hours to get delivered, when I was trying to see what the hold up was the store didn’t even have the courtesy of answering their phone after 3 different calls each taking up to 5 mins before i realized they werent going to answer. The tracker in the app was in the “quality check” phase for literally an hour. I can tell you one thing. I’m never ordering from this Dominos ever again. I’ve had issues with other locations but this was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered delivery twice in the last few weeks only for it to be canceled. Then ordered this past Friday and while it wasn’t canceled this time I got uncooked wet soupy pizza that had clearly been dropped or slid around badly in someone’s car. The food was completely inedible it all went in the trash and I’ve called the store countless times to try and get them to remake it.and at this point get a refund. After probably investing over an hour in phone calls to the store with no response, I finally just contacted my bank. I will never trust to order from them again. I rather order from another location and do curbside. This store is a disgrace and it’s horrible Dominos clearly doesn’t hold their franchise owners accountable for their standards (or lack there of).

Never order pizza from this location, or maybe from any Domino’s? I ordered ahead to have it delivered at a specific time – an hour ahead. The app showed the delivery driver left the store 25min before the delivery time, when I’m only 5min up the street,but ok. Shortly after my delivery time, the site said it was delivered…but no pizza to be found at my place or any neighbors. At 15min later than my time (40 since the driver apparently left with my order), I called the store. 20min on hold. The person was pleasant and said he’d remake my order. Another hour later…no pizza. More than 2.5 hours…TWO AND A HALF HOURS and now when I call back, he says the replacement order wasn’t even made yet. Are you kidding me? After this long, I should be the priority. Long day at Hershey Park with the kids and order pizza so it will arrive shortly after we get home (10pm), so they can eat and go to bed. Now it’s midnight and I’m making a trip to Wawa. Never again Domino’s, never again

How is it possible to incorporate a quality check step and still get an online order so wrong? Half green pepper/onion and other half jalapeño/pineapple came as half jalapeño other half pineapple.

Waited 3 hours for a pizza delivery. Got a message it was delivered but no pizza. Open my front door to find the pizza in the middle of the street, on the ground. No driver in site. This has been so sickening from start to finish.
