I frequent this place probably 4-5x a week. The staff is very friendly, and the wait times are low, despite how busy they are. Anthony makes the best sandwiches, so ask for him by name!

This is one of the best in the Midwest! The staff takes pleasure in making latte’s and bagel sandwiches exactly as the customer wishes, and they did not get it wrong for me. They have a delightful, relaxing, and quaint atmosphere. There is an atrium in he middle of the building with lovely natural light and a small fish pond. I live 15min from Disney, Universal, and Seaworld, and this is just as good if not better!

Usually a go to for me but the past 2 times I have went I have found small hairs or fuzzies throughout my bagel. 2 times that I have went. Not only that the cashier was on her phone while we had to wait on her to make our coffee while our bagels were done and mind you they wasn’t busy at all!

This is a Richmond hidden jewel, and is one of a few restaurants in the Galos chain. The bagels are fresh made and delicious. The food is cooked in front of you. The coffee is high quality. The ambiance allows for cozy chats with friends or business colleagues in a variety of small rooms.

Was a regular here but the past couple times I’ve been there has been hairs and fuzzies all over my bagel. Also had to wait on our coffees after our food was already done, usually the coffees are done before the food.
