Ordered a few pepperoni and cheese pizzas with extra sauce and was delivered doughy ,dry and mostly bread and cheese pizza, where was the sauce? Also, got a salad which was all lettuce. I ordered as well their roast pork and yellow rice and the roast pork was dry and the rice was wet and flavorless and tasted like water. Avoid this place and don’t waste your time, too many good Italian pizzarias out there.

The food was flavorless. We ordered a few different items for everyone to share as this was the first time we have ever ordered from Trent City. We love Spanish food and have been eating it our entire lives. This was very disappointing. Not one single thing was something anyone wanted seconds of or wanted to finish. No seasoning on the dry tostones. Hardly any char on the chuleta, arroz con gondules were okay. Waste of $50.

This place is HORRIBLE! I ordered a pizza verde which was supposed to be a white pizza with fresh garlic broccoli mozzarella and riccota cheese. They gave me a pizza that had no riccota cheese no fresh garlic and put tomatoes! I called to advise it was wrong and im allergic to tomatoes..they told me they would give me a credit next time I ordered so I thanked them and left it alone. Today i called to place an order for lunch and use the credit..well they told me the credit was for $5 out of a $35 bill the pizza was! Insane and thats NOT how you take care of customers! Never AGAIN. Stick with jerrys or perfettos !

Ordered two slices of pizza with 2 sides of marinara sauce. Paid for the sauces. It took an hour for delivery (which is about the minimum time they take for every delivery). They forgot the sauces. I called and asked them to redeliver the sauces since I can’t eat the pizza without it. They basically said they can’t bring it within 10 min. They came back to pick up the food instead of being professionals and offering to remake fresh food with the paid for sauces. We were loyal customers for years, ordering approximately twice a week. They will NEVER get our business again.

I work with a program that has their Wednesday lunch meals provided by this restaurant. The food is fantastic and flavorful. Their staff works very hard during service and clean up. I am impressed by the quality of their food and work ethic. Can’t wait to drop by the restaurant and order something in my leisure time. I highly recommend their burritos.
