Pizza is good, only minor complaint/suggestion- I wish they sold small side salads. They only sell very large ones and it’s kind of expensive when you just want a small side salad. I’ll probably skip the salad unless they put smaller side salads on the menu.

I was searching for a pizza place that’s not dominos. Most of the reviews on here were great and thereare responses from the business. I took a chance and I must say it was delicious and on time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I liked the pizza the first time it was delivered, but today, it was terrible. I was so embarrassed because I raved about how good this place was, so we ordered a lot, and when we got home and looked at it, ick! It didn’t look like the dough had rizen, and the crust was near burned as well as the cheese. On the half with the green peppers, they had put so much on that that’s all you could taste, literally! We then opened the Italian cheese sticks. They were burned, and the cheese was not melted but looked over cooked. I will not recommend or be going to this place, I’ll be going back to my original Rocco’s right across the street. They always say stick with what you know you ❤️

We ordered from here for the first time and the pizza came quickly but the best thing about it was the man that delivered to us, he was friendly and did his job well. I asked him about his wonderful accent and he told me he was from the Ukraine and came here in 2014. He had lost his wife but his children live here. I could have talked to him forever, he was a lovely man who probably had some stories to tell. Yes the pizza was good too but he was my favorite.

We have been purchasing pizzas on and off at Sarpinos Oakdale for almost 2 years now. Every order in the last year they have skimped on the toppings or screwed up the order or both. They always offer 5.00 off (from a 25.00 pizza). However tonight took the cake. I ordered a hamburger with onion pizza and a gluten free veggie pizza. My pizza has almost no toppings yet loaded with cheese and the gluten-free pizza was screwed up as well. Almost $60 for these two pies. I’ve complained four different times about the skimpy toppings and the screw-ups but to no avail. Sorry sarpinos you just lost another customer.

We have always really liked Sarpino’s. We order frequently from there. Probably the only ones that don’t charge a delivery fee. I also love that they have a curbside option available. If I ever have a problem, I let them know and the manager is more than willing to make it right and make you happy. To me, that’s great customer service. Their Hawaiian pizza is delicious. Kids love the pepperoni pizza and the deserts are also very yummy.

Worst experience ever ordered a pizza the tracker said will be delivered with in a 60 to 70 mins which is ridiculous to begin with so I wait a hour and a half the tracker said it was baking for a hour I call ask what’s going on the person working there told me it will be baking for another 20 mins I ask do I need to come get it do you not have drivers they say if you want to pick it up you can so I said I’ll come get it by the time I left my house 5 mins later I get my 2 kids in a car and check the status of my pizza and it says pickup ready get our pizza and when we get home the pizza is cold like it’s been done for 45 mins

I am a door dasher. It was my first time to sarpinos. The store was clean and bright. Kaitlyn was helping another customer when I arrived. Once done, she promptly asked me if I was here for door dash. I responded yes and asked if I could take some condiments for my customer. She said yes and brought a bag with paper plates and napkins without my having to ask. She was extremely polite and helpful. I would very definitely recommend this sarpinos for door dash customers and pizza lovers in general. Thank you Kaitlyn!☺️☺️

I was a new walk in customer today. The guy waiting on me immediately got an attitude. I asked about specials and house specialties. He continued getting an attitude . It’s Sunday about 6 pm. I asked about house specialtie pizzas. His attitude got worse. I asked about the midnight pizza. He said he wasn’t going to explain the ingredients of each pizza . He said Download the app that he wasnt going to go through the list of specialties on their menu and tell me .the ingredients. I ordered two pizzas sausage and mushroom and sausage and black olive. Thin crust. I never had greasy soggy thin crust pizza before. The horrible sausage tasted like hot pepper and fat. It’s like a tortilla shell with pepper jelly on it. It was disgusting. I couldn’t serve it to my guests. I tossed it and took.out some frozen Bernitello Costco pizzas. I would of returned them but I had guests. I’ll never go back.
