Their business model is poor at best. I placed my order. An older lady placed her order, and there was also another customer waiting on their order. A gentleman pulled up walks in and looks on his phone and ask if his order is ready. No but we can get right on it, therefore, putting three orders on hold for him. Nobody’s more important than the other customers!

Unacceptable wait times for DoorDash drivers. Waiting 10 to 15 minutes every time for an order. Employees don’t acknowledge the wait and are more concerned with regular orders first before DoorDash.
