We’ve been to your Waffle House three times since you re-opened. All have been bad experiences. All three waitresses have struggled with simple orders for two people. The cooks on all three occasions have come to our table to ask us what we’ve ordered. This morning, the waitress (Ky) was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for a a Togo drink since we never got our refills. She had a bad attitude from the time we walked in.

Busy Sunday morning. We were able to find a booth immediately. They got our orders out quickly. The food was yummy. We will return. They may need to clean the front windows and window seals. They were pretty dirty. Also, the first cup of coffee she sat in front of me had a lady’s lipstick print on it already.

Our waiter lysa did not take a order right or listen either the cook Darren was awesome he tryed to tell how to do the order she argued saying that’s not how she does it but she needs to learn to listen especially to customers and what they order the cook Darren was nice and joked around with us made us laugh feel welcomed and made great food even with the waiter not taking the order down right Lysa needs more training and Darren needs a raise.

We love waffle house, however our food was not good this trip, our hasbrowns were burnt and so crispy you couldn’t enjoy them. I ordered mine smothered and it appeared they forgot that part so they put a pile of chopped completely raw onions on top of my extremely over cooked hashbrowns.

Got there before it was busy. Waited 30 minutes for our food to which was raw and cold. Then when we asked for them to remake, one cook told the other to burn it. They were very offended that we didn’t want raw sausage.

This place was pretty packed right after a graduation and I think they were a bit understaffed to handle the rush because the wait was pretty long for a Waffle House. However, I still give it 5 stars because the wait was nothing the staff could help being there were only 3 people working, and even with the chaos our waitress was personable helpful and stayed upbeat. The wait was long but we were never neglected as customers and she kept us updated on our order the whole time
