I ordered 1 pizza.. 1 single topping pizza at 8:33pm and my email and tracker stated approximately 31 minutes for arrival. After over 45mins I called the store at 9:32 and got an automated response stating they were behind – so I hung up and continued to wait patiently for my food. 10:29 I get a call from the store saying “we don’t have a delivery driver, can you come pick up your food?” COMPLETELY unprofessional and uncalled for, when I told the individual on the phone I ordered the pizza TWO hours ago why didn’t someone call me then? They proceeded to lie and say they did. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service and needless to say without dinner tonight.

Normally when a place first opens in which everyone is waiting for you expect a little long delivery time maybe even a lil mistake….Not in this case the team at papa johns over exceeded my expectations being from the main land I have ate papa John’s millions of times and I half to say they absolutely nailed it dare I say its one if the best papa John’s experiences i have had in a very long time….keep up the great work
