This is an adorable little Italian restaurant in Cortland NY. The food came out to us quickly and was very good. Especially the chicken wings, the med sauce was phenomenal ! The only thing I wasn’t wowed by was the pasta itself. I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

Had a party of 12; service was VERY slow, had to ask for drinks multiple times, another waitress noticed we didn’t have bread and oil so she brought it over. Our waitress was snippy when you had to ask for something. Few dinners were incorrect and we had to bring the food to the kitchen door to tell her because it takes her so long to come back to the table. Food was good, chef did remake the incorrect things & it came out good. I probably wouldn’t go back the hype was bigger than what we got.

It was great for a graduation dinner. We had a large party and they had a nice room for us. The food is ALRIGHT by upstate italian standards. Apparently they put bacon in the vodka sauce, and consistently people say it tastes weird but they continue to do it. Otherwise, it’s really the nicest restaurant around.

Where to begin!?! As you walk in, you are promptly greeted by friendly hostesses and can immediately feel the fabulous vibe all around. The renovation of the building is extremely top-notch and truly makes for a perfect atmosphere for any day or night out. We have thoroughly enjoyed any of the places we’ve been seated for our many visits. During the warmer months, seating outside is a real treat and an experience all by itself. We have also enjoyed the dining room and the bar area. No matter our visit, we have enjoyed stellar service and outstanding food. The pace is always perfect, receiving our food in a timely but relaxed manner, so we may enjoy our food to the fullest. Their crafted cocktails are delightful, and the wine list is . Personal menu favorites include the veal livornese, margherita pizza, crab and scallop stuffed flounder, and the pappardelle bolognese. Always a wonderful experience leaving us full and satisfied.

BAIT & SWITCH TATICS USED FOR SUNY CORTLAND GRADUATION 2023! Made reservation for 5, months in advance and paid deposit. Arrived & had to wait, table only prepared for 4, so then had to squeeze in. DIFFERENT MENU PRESENTED WITH JACKED UP PRICES. Limited – no choice. Ordered a round of cocktails and entrees. Two diners served cocktails, others waiting. No bread or salad served and dinners slapped down in front of us so quickly that it was not possible the food had been freshly prepared. Discussed with manager who ended up personally waiting on table. Manager did buy a round of drinks and dessert, however did not at all make up for extremely disappointing experience. We then had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to receive entrees after salad. To rub salt in the wound, a 20% gratuity was added – for a table of 5! STAY AWAY. PRICE GOUGING. FOOD MEDIOCRE AT BEST. Tarnished the celebratory graduation dinner. The ONLY reason we stayed at the restaurant was because, had we left, we never would have been able to get into another restaurant since all were completely booked.

We went on a very quiet evening (only one other couple besides us). The wrong appetizer was delivered to our table, but corrected. Then the entrees came…I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and my partner ordered a steak salad. Both were inedible. My dish was over cooked and had (seemingly) no seasoning. My partners steak was cooked to medium well (he ordered medium rare) and was mostly tendon/fat. The rest of the salad was just drenched in dressing. The waitress charged us for just the appetizer (btw, she and her service was excellent despite the food). We won’t be returning.

The risotto is a must try. The cheesecake was amazing. Nice ambiance, very attentive staff. Semi pricey but worth the cost. The pear ravioli, and risotto balls were fabulous.

We should have walked right out when the staff didn’t know how to pronounce the name when we asked. The wait staff were super nice, on their toes and helpful! However, the food was not great. We won’t return.
