$30 for pizza that’s undercooked, and messy as hell. Cheese is all over the place, dough is NEVER cooked through when I order extra cheese, and they actually cut the edges of the pizza when taking it out of the oven, because it clearly wasn’t ready yet. A doughy, greesy, inedible mess! Pizza Is SOOOOO easy. Refund my gas money along with my $30 because this went right in the garbage!

Horrible staffing, would not refund my order (they were out of chicken and I ordered pizza and a buffalo chicken sandwich) and stated they could not issue a refund that same day (this was July 3rd 2023 ) so not only did I not get my original order, but a refund was not issued either and the guy never gave me a reason other than he just couldn’t do it and I could get a free sandwich instead which I declined. Paid for something I never received and never got my refund.

Our food came out a few minutes late, no big deal and they compensated with a free pizza, so that is awesome. The pizzas and pasta were all cooked to order and tasted great. My problem is with the staff. While waiting in my car I witnessed one of the employees vaping right there in the kitchen where the food is prepared. I am sure that this is most certainly a health code violation and against Dominos own policy. I was pretty disgusted and will no longer be a patron at this establishment.

Quality of the food in the past has been typical Domino’s, but the customer service has never been great – slow delivery. The “Tracker” is iseless. my most recent order was said to be delivered in 33-48 minutes (a huge range) and sat for 25 minutes – according to said tracker – before anyone even made an attempt to deliver it. By then the estimated delivery was over an hour from when the order was placed. When the tracker said the driver entered my neighborhood, I waited 20 minutes to call – it should have taken like 30 seconds to get to my place from the entrance. I was told it was delivered to the wrong address and they would replce it…in 30 to 45 minutes which based on this experience would be more like an hour and 10 minutes, if it ever arrived. SO order cancelled.
