Ordered 2 Chicken bacon and swiss sandwiches. We went at around 4pm. The first sandwich looked and tasted like it was made at about 10 am. Very cold. The second one was barely warm. There was also so much honey mustard on them that I could not even keep them together. It just slid right of the bun. The curly fries were even worse. Not happy.

Food is always good and served in a timely manner. Great job! Now I would focus on improving customer service skills. Specifically do not ever be rude or dismissive towards customers. Treat them like gold. There are plenty of courses available. Doesn’t appear the one you’re using is working that well. I understand your store was obviously short-handed. This is not an excuse. Good luck in the future.

Terrible experience, bad service and disrespectful female teenager working the drive through. Did not have the decency to tell us they were out of aujus sauce when we ordered the French Dip and was rude when we came in and asked for some. Very disappointed.

UPDATE 2/11/22 Down to two stars. Went again today. I wanted to try the French dip with bacon combo with bacon and au jus. I wanted their crinkle fries and they were barely warn. The au jus was the worst part though because it was so cold the fat had congealed and was floating in it as well as stuck to the sides. Needless to say I wasn’t dipping my sandwich which was actually pretty good though not very hot either. I will say they was a good bit of meat on it. Service was okay today too.

Hope was great!!!! We came threw the drive-thru in a hurry. Hope was quick to get all of our food out quick. She was very friendly and energetic and I love that. Wish there was more like her. Hope gets a 5 star rating in my book. The food was fresh and hot that’s a plus but I didn’t like the way our huge sandwich was crammed into a small bag to where we had to put our hand in it and get cheese all over our hand. Not to mention we had to put it together. There’s a reason a sandwich like that comes in a wrapper NOT A BAG!!!! Please go back to wrappers and I’ll give a better rating. Food is messy I understand but when your driving it’s kinda hard to eat it that way. I will have to eat mine when I get home. The rest I enjoyed

I’m updating my review – this used to be the highest quality fast food in Arab. Now it’s one of the worst. Who wants to get pulled up at the drive through and wait for the food just to be cold? The staff is rude now too. They must have had a change in management. When we called, the manager was friendly and offered to remake the order, but this has happened far too many times at this point. Too pricey for the quality received.
