My wife and myself stopped in to pick up some food and we ended up ordering about $80 worth. The food was awesome and plentiful, the staff was great, we had bought enough for our whole family of about 8 people and still had leftovers the next day. Can not wait to stop by again. Totally recommend this place

Such phenomenal food, and great juices and desserts to go with it. You can feel just how much love goes into the food. The staff here are all so committed to the customers and to the quality of the food. I think I’ve been here 5+ times in the last two weeks, and I’m always looking forward to coming back. The sancocho on Saturdays are definitely a highlight. If you come, I’d highly recommend the arroz con gandules, the pollo salteado, bistec salteado, carne guisada, cerdo guisada, yuca, chivo guisado, tbh you can’t go wrong. Get anything and you’ll love it. And try the passionfruit juice!!

I will recommend you to try the mofongos and pollo al grill o plancha. They were great. So tasteful. The chicken salsa was good. Now I have to say few bad things, the empanada was overcooked and a lil oily, the red beans were a lil overseasoned and not that soft, but that’s my opinion. I’m not sure if the oven or fry chicken was kind old because it was dry (outside) and dark (inside). Really nice people and great service. The place looked clean but they were few disgusting flys. Other than that try the mofongos, tostones and chicken grill or plancha

This place is a legit 100% Dominican restaurant. Reminds me of the small luncheonette places in DR. They actually had 12 different entree selections on warmers to view the day I was here! I don’t even see that many entree selections to view at restaurants in my home neighborhood of Washington Heights. I’ve been here about 6-7 times and I’ve tried the rabo, the pernil, the carne de res guisada, the Moro de guandules, and the habichuelas rojas. All are excellent. They also had pasteles en hoja, even that is legit. The place is clean and the service is great, they are very attentive and provide table service. Don’t miss out for a taste of home if you’re Latinx, or swing by for a legit carribian culinary experience.

Don’t judge it by the outside because the inside has terrific food!! The night I went the very friendly guy behind the counter had me try several of their food items and all of them were delicious. There was pork, steak, chicken dishes, rice, beans, sweet plantains, soup, flan, etc. The inside has a couple of tables but that night I had take out. The parking lot is small but its worth maneuvering your vehicle to go in and try the food.
