If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. The service my son and I received was terrible. I asked for an iced pumpkin coffee with almond milk. The woman calls out ice nutty pumpkin with cream. When I didn’t take it from her she asked if that’s what I ordered. I told her no, it’s not. Then repeated what I told the girl I ordered from. The girl who took my order then told me the nutty pumpkin is what I ordered , rolled her eyes and told her coworker I was crazy. Excuse me, what? That girl’s attitude was so terrible I’ll go out of my way to never go there again.

Can’t order in the drive thru, said not taking orders. So if webpage states open till 9pm and you’re not taking orders at 6pm, close the doors, shut the lights off and leave. Can even hear the kids where you order, sounds like they have something in their mouth and whispering. Might as well shut location down and put another Starbucks up.

New staff has no idea what they are doing. The new girl at the drive through doesn’t even know what store she works at. Asked for a simple item: a donut, and she gave me the wrong one, 3 times. Unfortunate you can’t refund mobile orders because they mess it up everytime without fail. At least they’re consistent in bad service.

I used to frequent this location because of it’s convenient location, but the service is truly poor. The drive thru takes such a long time. I’m not entirely sure why, but they seem to move at a snail pace. Additionally, if you come later in the day the donuts will not be fresh. I decided to venture off to the DD next to I-84 in the gas station in Danbury and their donuts are much better and they move MUCH faster. I wish that were the case at this on since it’s super close to my house. I do hope the service gets better.
