My wife and I live in Hawaii but we live for a mainland US Waffle House. On our short trip to Tennessee we stopped at this superb Waffle House. Great staff who get along like a family, quality food and very clean. We told them we traveled from Hawaii to visit their Waffle House and they treated us like royalty. I even did a special order (see pic) and they did it perfectly. We will return!

The food was really great and our waitress was awesome! She was right there when we needed ANYTHING and got our food right to us, as soon as it was ready! The cook had our food ready so fast too! Relaxed and chill atmosphere. Love the whole experience!!! I will go back as soon as i can! ❤️

I’m a big fan of most Waffle Houses as the food is always hot and cooked the way you like it, plus the service is usually speedy and friendly. They do have a very limited menu but what they have is prepared well and the prices are hard to beat. About the only thing I wish they still had on the menu was steak and eggs. That was my “vacation” breakfast. The atmosphere isn’t great, but it’s generally clean enough which is ok.

This waffle house is super clean and we noticed why. Our server Linda was super friendly and efficient…. When she wasn’t waiting on us, she was cleaning everything! She was a dynamo who never slowed down. I hope her boss pays attention to this lady because she is truly an asset.

This is my favorite place to eat. The main cook Tiffany is the best cook around. There is a great team on first shift. Jessica leads the servers. The only time there is some problems is when Tiffany and Jessica isn’t there. The new manager Leeann is learning from Tiffany and is doing great. I Love this place. Would highly recommend.

The waitstaff was inattentive, rude, lazy. The district manager was on the meat grill. I saw him take his phone out of his pocket. Play on it while on the floor in gloves. Then he proceeded to wipe his gloved hand on his uniform, then went straight back to getting raw meat out of the cooler to cook it. Never washing his hands or even bothering to change his gloves. I called him out on his unsanitary actions. He, the district manager, proceeded to berate, belittle, even went as far as rationalizing to me that he did not need to change his gloves or wash his hands because when he cooked the food all the germ were killed. I would not patron any establishment that this guy was affiliated with; for fear of contracting some food born illness.

Waffle house is always good. I ordered double hashbrowns smothered, 2 eggs with bacon. Side of sausage gravey for hashbrowns and side of grits. My friends ordered other items which are good, especially the pecan waffle.

More like Awful house my wife and I went there to get a breakfast and all our friends told us not to do it because the food was bad they were right whenever I ordered my breakfast my eggs were undercooked my Waffle was undercooked they couldn’t even cook their signature dish my wife ordered bacon it came out black couldn’t even believe the waitress brought it to our table they messed our order up somebody needs to come by and check this restaurant out or put them in check. This one restaurant in Madisonville Tennessee is about ruin it for me and my wife to go to any other one
