Finally tried this place and I’m so glad I did. The pizza was delicious and a perfect size for the price! The wings and the ranch were pretty tasty as well. The crust was soft with the perfect crunch. The service was wonderful as well. My family and I look forward to ordering from there again.

I’ve loved Jet’s since I first had it 10 years ago and I typically go to the North Tarrant location. Today I tried to text to order and I got a message back that basically said the number wasn’t receiving texts. Then I tried to order online but my phone died mid order. So I had to go in person and order and wait. I’ve worked customer service my whole life. And I know it’s hard. There are days you don’t want to do it. But I guess I have to be a “Karen” here for a minute. The blonde girl who took my order wasn’t friendly and didn’t smile once. Oh but you bet I’m expected to tip when I pay. Then the guy who gave me my order when I came back in, same thing, NO friendliness AT ALL. I love how these teenagers think they should make $20 an hour but they don’t want to show any customer service skills whatsoever. And they expect a tip on top of it. Who the F told them they deserve money for just existing?!?! With everything getting more expensive, if I’m spending my money somewhere, I expect at least a little common courtesy. It was so off-putting I’m not coming back to this location.

This will be the last time we order from here. 2 gluten-free and one small 4 corner pizza with delivery and $7 tip. 3 small pizza and total of $60 with delivery…order was wrong, had toppings we didnt want, delivery driver didn’t speak at all or be friendly, didn’t bring or offer any crushed red pepper or parm. Highly disappointed and are yall using door dash for delivery? Lost a customer for good.

Let me start off with I LOVE Jets pizza. I’ve never tried anything like it and it’s easily my favorite pizza. However, the first time I went to this location the customer service was AWFUL. I called to place an order and the FIRST thing they told me was I could have done this online. Second, I asked questions and the young woman told me she “doesn’t have time for this she’s the only one here” I will NEVER go back to this location. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I can understand being overwhelmed but taking it out on your customers is not okay.

I’ve ordered pizza from this store for years. ALWAYS same , X-large deep dish. Today I ordered same thing but was brought out a large instead of X-large. Manager (Declan) told me I ordered a large and seemed determined to place me at fault. I asked him to review my order history and see if there was a single time I have ordered ANYTHING but a X-large, deep-dish, X-cheese, light sauce Jets 10, he said no. There was a time they would have apologized and brought me out a corrected pizza with no questions asked. Declan, however, insisted I pay for a small pizza out of pocket for the extra pizza I needed for my guests who were visiting from Dallas. Sad to leave this review because I’ve had great service here before. I’m not sure if there is a different owner or what but I’m disappointed.
