Unfortunately, the Starbucks at McGraw on base doesn’t show up here on Google, even though I added it up before. Great service. It’s the best Starbucks at Fort Moore. Mo went above and beyond to help me out. Great food.

Nice little spot but they don’t have Wi-fi and they run out of certain drinks all the time. The staff has always been very nice and professional every time I have been here. The drinks are made quite good and even when they are busy they don’t take very long.

Walked up to counter and since I have T Mobile I had zero service and my starbucks app was not acting right to pay for my drink. Lady let me have a drink on the house. Awesome service here.

Can’t make decaffeinated drinks! I asked for a decaf drink and they didn’t know what that was. They basically just gave me a chocolate frappe!

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to; that includes the location at Irwin as well next to the temp barracks. They are ridiculously slow, a particularly always grumpy employee, will charge you different amounts for the same product, and are always out of key items. You will find this out after waiting in a long line for about 20 minutes, when they could have used a couple brain cells be made it know instead. They had one good employee who left for another store and it seems to have fallen apart since then. I have removed this review before in the past to give them another chance, but nothing has changed. They are so bad that more often than I should need to, I drive 10 miles out of the way to the Manchester expressway location.

OMG! This has got to be the slowest and most under staffed Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a simple brewed coffee with espresso. It took them almost ten to fifteen minutes for it and then it was lukewarm. Someone please do something about this very poor service!
