I usually rate Papa John’s delivery service at the highest level. Tonight I want to give a -1 star. Delivery was not tracked, driver made no effort to be sure we knew the pizza was delivered and he/she left pizza on the back porch to get cold. I’m normally an over the top tipper. No more. I am really angry. I did not even receive the normal email receipt from Papa Johns. What has happened to your excellent service?

This place is amazing, the pizza is absolutely delicious! A lot of people complain about pizza places, mainly because they aren’t patient or are just rude and disrespectful. Every time i have came here i was greeted with the utmost respect and the pizza NEVER failed. People need to realize food places make mistakes, everyone makes mistakes. Jobs are hard right now and everyone who actually wants to work, works hard. Take a step back to see how it is in their shoes. There has been ONE time where my order has been messed up, so i respectfully called up there, explained the situation and they instantly apologized and gave me a quality guarantee, problem solved. This place is honestly great and if you can’t see that your probably one of those douchebags who complains about everything, stiffs drivers and whines on the phone. Great Job walkertown!

Excellent place. Food is always top notch and we never have to heat it up a bit like other places before we eat it. It’s always hot and ready to eat upon delivery. The delivery drivers are awesome and super friendly every time. The store is also really nice as well with awesome workers! Delivery driver was great! Pizza was pathetic. Ordered banana peppers added tioa specialty pizza. Not even 1 slice of pepper per slice of pizza. Sad. Paying extra for that??? Pizza wasn’t even completely cooked. This location needs some serious help and education!

Papa John’s Walkertown has had remarkable improvement. The customer service was courteous and welcoming. The pizzas were picture perfect. My previous visit resulted in the entire order being replaced. This time they were fabulous!

This new call center is awful. I called three times got hung up on. Finally placed the order they take a long time ask question. Called the other night at 10:50 took her 10 minutes to get everything in the computer keep asking me to wait. Then as I was giving her my card number she said it was 11:00 she could not take my order. This way is not working for their customers. Guess we will need to try dominos instead.
